【美国食品药品管理局的意见】January 2008 - FDA sent letters to pharmacies saying that bioidentical hormones are not safe and claims about "bioidentical hormone replacement therapy" products are not supported by medical evidence and that the pharmacy operations are breaking the law by making false and misleading claimss.

【美国行业协会的意见】The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) says. "There is no evidence that so-called " bioidentical hormones " are safer than synthetic hormones for menopausal women and there is a risk that they may not meet quality standards. The formulations present the same risk as commercial drugs, but because they are unregulated, patients may not be informed of the risk."
