绝经是大多数女性都必须经过的一个阶段,女性在接近或即将进入更年期(简称围更年期)时往往会体验到某些情绪变化,如情绪波动、恐惧、抑郁和易激惹等。那么如何才能够有效减轻上述情绪变化对自身的影响,女性健康网建议大家:
1、规律作息,并保持充足的睡眠。
2、每天锻练至少半小时。
3、日常活动不要安排得太多。
4、找到某种可以缓解应激的方法,如深呼吸或练瑜伽等。
5、获得朋友或专家的帮助,如健康咨询等。
6、在医生的指导下服用一或多种可以缓解症状的药物。
7、做自己喜欢做的事情,如阅读或静养。

1、Make sure you get enough sleep each night, and stick to a regular sleep and wake schedule.
2、Exercise for at least 30 minutes almost every day of the week.
3、Limit how many activities you take on.
4、Find ways to help manage stress.
5、Seek support from friends, a peer group or get counseling.
6、Talk to your doctor about medications and therapy options to help you manage menopause symptoms.
7、Relax by reading a book, or treat yourself to some quiet time.
