病后如何恢复体重更健康?

假如您因病或手术或服用某些药物而丧失了过多的体重,需要适当增加时,请遵循下列原则,以确保您在恢复体重的过程安全有效。
1、在营养师的指导下制订一个合理的增重计划。
2、避免过量进食“洋快餐或垃圾食品”。
3、假如您食欲不好,可以采取少量多餐的方式增补营养。例如,每天可以进餐5~6次,但每次进食不宜太多。另外,请于餐前或餐后饮水,但不要在进餐的过程中饮水。
4、可以适量食用花生酱、奶酪等既健康且含热量较多的食品。
5、用牛奶取代水煮燕麦片,并于煮好的燕麦片中适量增添含热量较多的食品,如蜂蜜、坚果、果干、黄油和奶粉等。
6、亦可以在色拉中加入坚果、橄榄油或鳄梨等。

The American Dietetic Association offers this advice:
1、Avoid too much junk food. The empty calories may help you add pounds, but won't benefit you nutritionally.
2、If your appetite is lacking, eat five or six small meals a day. Drink fluids before or after meals, rather than during.
3、Add healthier calorie-laden condiments and spreads, such as peanut butter or cheese.
4、Use milk instead of water to cook oatmeal, and add higher-calorie foods such as honey, nuts, dried fruit, margarine or powdered milk after the oatmeal is cooked.
5、Top salads with healthy fats, such as nuts and seeds, olive oil, olives or avocados.
6、Add dry milk powder to dishes such as mashed potatoes or casseroles.
7、Work with a dietitian to create a healthy eating plan to boost weight.
