and Would your employer or boss think it was a good idea?

   Yes:I think it would be easy for me to job-share.As it is a good way of working!Firstly, i have more time with my just three years old children,she can't be took care without me.Secondly with less work stress,make me feel more relaxed,and can have flexible management of time.

   And you know that two people doing one job means twice as much exprence,skills brainpower and energy!

   Lastly, it can have someone to share credit and blame!

   above all,i think my employer(boss) will agree with me!

   No:I think it wouldn't be easy for me to job-share.I think that isn't fit for me!Becauce i think it difficult to find someone i like,and need to coordinate with the other person.it also tend to work at late night!

   Job-sharing need careful planning to play to each other's different strengths!

   The employer may not get what they expect of the job-sharer in terms of hours,availability and result!

   All in all, i thind that too difficult to me !
