Sample:
The writer first points out that in the vast universe, the human race is something very rare. Of all living things, man alone can think and reason. Whatever the color of their skin, human beings are different from all other forms of life because of their intelligence. In this sense, the differences between peoples are insignificant.
Second, science and technology are turning the world into a global village, where many human activities are being globalized. Besides, since we share one home ---the earth--- and have the same needs for water, food, air, shelter, etc. , all peoples and nations are faced with the same task of keeping nature balanced for human existence. So we should overlook our differences and work in the common interest of making our home livable. (128 words)
