两个问题一直让轴承工程师困扰,一是降低噪音,二是消除余隙。轴承预紧用碟形弹簧不仅解决了上述难题,同时让设计更简单化。
安装方式和位置
下图显示轴承外环预压了一组“K”系列轴承预紧用碟簧,依据实际需要,可使用一片,两片,一组或多组串联;某些场合必须预压于轴承内环,因此,“K”系列轴承预紧用碟簧内外径不仅配合轴承外环,也配合轴承内环。
特色
简单的环状设计,多片并联时载荷受力均匀,同样的位移量,载荷倍数增加。轴承预紧用碟簧弹簧曲线为递减式(h0/t值很大),所以位移量超过某个范围后,载荷维持一个常数。除了降低噪音和消除余隙外,还有下列优点:
- 安装后的公差变化不影响预压值
- 热冲击引起的节段偏摆会被吸收
- 任何轴向位移不会严重改变预压值
