Objective:

In setting up all Room
Attendant trolley and service areas in a standard
format, the Room Attendants will always have sufficient supplies
and can work efficiently and productively.

1.
Each trolley must be set up to service the maximum
number of rooms:

1.
There should be sufficient toilet paper
and tissue paper and linen for at least one day service on the
floor. No other items including guest supplies and Lost
and Found items should be left in the Floor Pantry.
每个楼层要有足够一天用的布草,厕纸和面纸,不能有其他的客用品和客人遗留物品留在工作间。
2.
All linen and bedding must be placed on
the shelves.
所有的布草和床上用品放在架子上。
3.
A par list of the exact stock required for
each pantry to service all the rooms on that floor is to be set-up
and placed in an obvious place to ensure all staff know the minimum
requirements of stock for supplies and linen.
每个工作间有个准确的布草存量,把布草等放在明显的位置,保证员工知道备品和布草的最少需求量。
4.
The Floor Supervisor is responsible to
check early morning to ensure there are adequate supplies for the
whole day.
楼层主管负责每天早晨检查工作间,保证有足够一天用的备品。
5.
The PM Floor Supervisor is required to
check all pantries and advise the overnight staff to restock where
necessary so there are adequate supplies for the following
morning.
中班楼层主管检查所有的工作间,建议夜班员工储备好所有的备品供早班用。
6.
All vacuum cleaners must be checked,
emptied and cleaned daily by the Room Attendant.
楼层服务员每天检查和清洁吸尘器。
7.
Bedding, spare blankets, duvets, pillows,
bed throws must be restocked as required.
床上用品,羊毛毯,鸭绒被,枕头均需要到布草房领取。
8.
Floor
pantries will remain first of all storage places.
楼层工作间将是重要的储存处。
9.
Smoking
is strictly prohibited in this area.
工作间严禁吸烟。
10.
Room
Attendants are responsible to keep the pantry clean and
tidy.
楼层服务员负责保证工作间的整洁。
11.
Floor
pantries will be locked when not in use. The door should be kept
shut at all times.
在不使用时,工作间的门要上锁。所有时间门要保持关闭。
