SUBJECT: Staff Canteen and Duty Meal 员工餐厅和工作餐
Task: RMHK 06

Effective Date: March 2010

Objective: 目的

Radisson hotel Pudong Century Park will provide a good and comfortable environment for all employees to have duty meals.

酒店将努力为员工提供良好的用餐环境。

 

Procedure: 内容

1.        It is the responsibility of all staff to keep the Staff Canteen in clean and tidy condition.

保持员工餐厅的整洁是所有员工的职责。

 

2.        Canteen staff are required to provide the same courteous service to their colleagues dining there.

员工餐厅的工作人员必须为用餐的同事提供同样的礼貌服务。

 

3.        Staff Canteen standard will be under the direction of Human Resources Director with advices from Food & Beverage Manager and Executive Chef.

员工餐厅直属于人力资源部总监管理,由餐饮部经理和行政总厨给予建议。

 

4.        Duty meal and staff canteen

工作餐和员工餐厅

 

Policy & procedure concerning the use of Staff Canteen are outlined in the Employee Handbook as following:

员工餐厅的使用规则和制度在《员工手册》中阐述如下:

 

l            All meal breaks are excluded from the official working hours. A thirty (30) minutes meal break is provided for both front and back-of-house employees per eight (8) hour shift. The hotel will provide you with meals as follows:

所有用餐时间都不计算在工作时间内。一线和二线员工每8小时班次的用餐时间均为半小时。酒店供餐安排如下:

 

l            Staff on Shift Duty - All on shift employees will be served one (1) full meal per workday (30 minutes per meal) plus one (1) breakfast (available between 6:00-8:00am) or supper (available between 22:30-24:00).  However, breakfast must be taken before the employee commences work for the day, while supper can only be taken at the completion of their shift or approval of department,

轮班员工- 酒店将为所有轮班员工在每个工作日提供一顿正餐(用餐时间为半小时)另加一顿早餐(6:00-8:00am)或夜宵(22:30-24:00),早餐必须在工作前享用,夜宵在工作结束后(或经部门经理同意)享用。

 

l            Normal Office Hours – Employees will be served 1 breakfast and 1 full meal per workday (30 minutes per meal).

日班员工 酒店提供每个工作日一顿早餐和正餐(用餐时间为半小时)。

 

l            Split shifts – Two (2) full meals will be provided per workday (30 minutes for each meal).

跳班(两头班)员工-酒店每个工作日提供两顿正餐(用餐时间各为半小时)。

 

l            If overtime is required and approved by the Department Manager, employees will be provided overtime duty meal prior approved by the Department Manager. 

如果酒店要求员工加班,员工可以在部门经理批准的情况下享有加班工作餐。

 

l            All associates should clock - in by ID cards prior to take the meal breaks. HR will implement to check random according to the related records in HR system. Associates who take extra meals without any authorization, the cost of the total amount will be deducted from the salary payment and it will be resulted disciplinary action accordingly.

在享有工作餐时,所有员工都需刷卡。人力资源部将依照人力资源部管理系统内用餐记录随机抽查员工的情况。如员工在未得到事先批准的情况下享受额外的工作餐,将从工资中扣除相应的成本费用,并处以纪律处分。

 

l            None food is permitted to be taken out of the staff canteen. Associate who breaks the related rules will be subjected to disciplinary action.

所有食品都不允许带出员工餐厅。如有员工不执行该规定,将被警告处分。

 

5.        Some form of light entertainment such as television sets, light music or reading materials will be provided to assist staff in having a relaxed break.  It is the responsibility of all staff to maintain the Staff Canteen facilities in good working condition.

为了使员工能轻松休息,员工餐厅将提供简单轻松的娱乐,如电视、轻音乐或阅读刊物。

 

6.        Where appropriate, the Staff Canteen shall be made open to staff, especially those who work on split shifts, to take breaks there outside of meal hours. Otherwise, staff are not permitted to loiter in the Staff Canteen premises outside their meal times.

如条件允许,员工餐厅将对员工,尤其是两头班的员工开放,使其在用餐时间之外在那休息。此外,除了用餐时间,员工不允许在员工餐厅闲荡。

 

7.        Department Heads are encouraged to take their meals in the Staff Canteen from time to time. 

鼓励部门经理时常到员工餐厅用餐。

 

8.        Purchasing of all items for the Staff Canteen shall be acquired per hotel policy, i.e. by the Purchasing department.

员工餐厅的物品采购都必须依照酒店规定,即采购物品必须通过采购部。

 

9.        Quality of food provided should be per hotel standard which will be supervised by Food & Beverage Manager and Executive Chef.

餐厅供应的食物质量应符合酒店标准并由餐饮部经理和行政总厨师长监督。

 

10.    Removal of dining utensils & facilities from the Staff Canteen, without prior approval, is strictly prohibited.

在未经允许的情况下,严格禁止随意从员工餐厅取走食物和器皿。

 

11.    As the Staff Canteen is a communal area, it is the responsibility of all staff to ensure a pleasant dining time for all.

鉴于员工餐厅是所有员工共同享用的,因此所有员工必须确保食堂环境的愉悦。

 

12.    Any action of wasting will be subjected to disciplinary action and pay for the cost of the duty meal.

任何员工若被发现浪费食物,将导致赔偿该工作餐的成本费用和纪律处分。

 

 

Note:      This SOP will be reviewed from time to time to be in line with the operational requirement, and Human Resources staff will monitor them closely.

注:        该制度将随酒店经营需要而做适当修订,并由人力资源部监督执行。
