I like Badam milk,
It was more than 100 F here in NJ for the past few days, I decided to make the cold badam milk to cool it off !
材料:
1/2 杯 美国大杏仁 (Almond)(预先泡水2小时)
1/3 杯 开心果 (Pistachio)
3 杯 冻牛奶
1/2 杯 冰水 + 1/2 杯冰块
2 大勺 糖/红糖
1/4 小勺 豆蔻籽粉 (cardamom Powder)
1 大勺 玫瑰露 (Rose Water)
2-3 滴 香兰精 (Pandan/Screwpine Essence)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Almond (soaked in water for at least 2 hours)
1/3 cup Pistachio
3 cup of cold milk
1/2 cup of chilled water + 1/2 cup of ice cube
2 tbsp sugar/brown sugar
1/4 tsp cardamom Powder
1 tbsp Rose Water
2-3 drops of Pandan/Screwpine Essence
先把所有材料用一杯牛奶加到搅拌机里搅拌至顺滑,然后倒入剩下的牛奶,水和冰块,继续搅拌成奶昔状,就可以啦!
注:如果想要热饮,可以搅拌之后稍微加热,冰块就不必另外加了,直接用室温的饮用水一杯加入和牛奶一起搅拌。
作为夏日的早餐饮料也很适合喔!
Blend together all ingredients with 1 cup of cold milk, when it become smooth, add the remaining milk, water and ice cube and blend into smoothie.
It is good for a summer afternoon!
