印巴美食(素)-- 香料奶茶 Masala Chai

香料奶茶在印度可是天天得要喝的东西,我本来就喜欢茶多于咖啡,这个香料奶茶里的香料还可以御寒,喝起来唇齿留香,很适合冬天喝呢!
今天还做了个印度Rajasthan有名的Mathri
香饼,和奶茶是绝配。老公吃完就乖乖做家务去了。。嘿嘿。
Every morning, everywhere in India, on the street, at the front yard of big mansions. People sitting with a small cup in their hands. A cuppa hot Chai, chit chatting, or simply enjoying this spicy and sweet beverage---a very common drink in India, most Indian will have this tea first thing in the morning, and 2-3 times during the day!
材料:
3个红茶包
4-5片姜片(稍微捣捣)
5 颗 黑胡椒(捣碎)
4-5只豆蔻籽(Cardamom)捣开
4-5颗丁香
1段桂皮
糖适量
3 杯 水
3 杯 水
1/2 杯全脂牛奶适量
3 tea bags
4-5 slices of ginger (smash it lightly with the back of knife)
15 Black pepper (crush)
4-5 Cardamom
4-5 Cloves
1 cinnamon stick
Sugar to taste
3 cups of water
1/2 cup of whole milk

1. 在一口锅里倒入3杯水,把所有香料加入,煮滚后转小火煮5分钟,熄火备用,这个香料水可以做一大锅一整天什么时候要做茶掏出来煮茶就好了。

取一口小锅开始煮茶,把香料水过滤到锅里煮滚后加入牛奶和糖,加3只红茶包煮2-3分钟,取出茶包倒入杯里,开喝!
1. Boil together 3 cups of water with all the spices in a small saucepan,
2. Sieve spicy water into a sauce pan, add milk and sugar and bring to boil, add 3 dark/red tea bags and cook for 2-3 more minutes. Discard tea bags and serve hot!
