石广元，男，汉族，1964年5月8日出生，祖籍陕西临潼。中国摄影家协会会员、中国文化促进会会员、西域收藏网专家评委，堪称优秀实力派摄影家。获得中国摄影艺术成就奖、新疆摄影贡献奖等。部分作品入选《中国摄影家辞典》和《中国摄影艺术年鉴》。近年来多部摄影专著出版发行，被国内外摄影界组织收藏。其摄影画册《纵横伊犁》由新疆美术摄影出版社和中国大地摄影联合出版。
