如果猎头公司的找人模式沦落为短信群发型,也就是靠量取胜,比如按概率来说,每打1万个coldcall如果总会有2-3个人给你发简历的话,使用这种商业模式的公司不知是否会成功得很久,至少,会让某一部分人感到不舒服和不屑。因为在国人的文化里,赏和讨总是会微妙地让我们认为自己会置于某种有利或不利的位置。比如,同一句you
deserve it,
是某位你仰慕的大牌明星对你深情地说更可信还是一个涉世未深的孩子对说更让你有感受呢?同理,让一个素未谋面的猎头对你挤眉弄眼:“hey,
you deserve a better job, but please send me your resume to me
first”。。你会怎么想?
一个朋友收到的由没受过反猎头培训的总机转进来的猎头电话,对方死活不说自己如何获得的她的姓名,之后向好心的朋友套取到了她的私人电邮地址,在还想进一步套取她的简历的时候被她识破了,知道这个人除了她的姓名之外其实对其一无所知,同时根本没有所谓的确凿的“HRM 或HRD”的职位。猎头套话的邮件贴在此做参考,可供各位用于英语泛读语法挑错资料。这朋友心有余悸的说,现在每天都能上午下午各接到一次这个猎头的“关怀”电话,嘘寒问暖,今天下午的那个已经打过了,要等明早的那个电话。不知这猎头公司内部培训手册上是否有一条,坚持打多少电话之后如果没有反馈就算作劣质客户可以被drop 掉了?
