住在林芝非常舒适、惬意，早餐还可吃到正宗山东老乡的炸油条和清香美味的混沌。9月21号我们沿尼洋河走318向西，第三次挺进拉萨，用时一天。

    在尼洋河中游工布江达境内有一块形如四方印章的天然巨石矗立在尼洋河的激流中央，显然它是从山上滚落下来的，究竟多少亿万年了无从考究，这就是尼洋河著名景观---中流砥柱（头几天路过是晚间）。

    当地人认为中流砥柱是工布地区的守护神---“贡尊德姆”坐禅诵经时的宝坐，每逢黄道吉日，人们纷纷前来烧香朝拜，以求世间万物生灵平安、吉祥。在巨石上端屹立着一棵四季常青的松树，大石南侧山体陡峭，北侧郁郁葱葱的灌木丛林，景色神奇而又壮观……。在这里观光无需消费。
