四 教学过程
(一)热身(warm-up)
“Hello,boys and girs. Nice to meet you.”
同学们,在三年级上册第五单元中,我们曾学过一些食物方面的单词, 现在,大家一起来复习一下:
Listen and do:
“show me the hamburger. Pass me the french fries.
Cut the bread. Eat the hotdog.
Smell the chicken. Make the cake."
(二) 新课呈现(Presentation)
(出示课文插图)Look here, (有这么多的食物,你喜欢什么?)What would you like? Today we’ll learn some new food words,is it ok?
(1)教师作饥饿状:I’m hungry. Can I have some rice, please?引出单词rice.然后出示多媒体课件中的图片,教学生读会,学会。
(2)Practise in pairs.(两人互读,互练。)
教完单词,教师引导学生:同学们喜欢吃米饭吗?当我们想吃米饭时,就得说:“Can I have some rice,please? 别人就会说:“Sure,here you are."
(3)接下来,教师边做吃面条的动作边说:“noodles.”“猜一猜是什么?”猜完后,学生跟着边做动作边说单词,然后教师出示图片,说:Read it one by one.
用同样的方法教soup.
(4)教师出示图片:rice,noodles,soup,学生认读.同桌之间操练:(Practise in pairs.)“I’m hungry.Can I have some …,please? Sure, here you are.”
(5)教师依次出示图片:fish, beef, vegetable,学生认读,开火车读.教学中要特别注意vegetable的发音.
(6)"找一找"游戏.教师蒙上一名学生的眼睛,然后将vegetable图片藏在一张课桌里,然后让该学生睁开眼睛开始寻找该图片.全班学生齐说/vegetable\ vegetable,当该学生走近图片时,全班学生声音加强;当该学生远离图片时,全班学生声音减弱.找到图片后,该生需问:Can I have vegetable,please?
(7)课件出示Let’s learn部分的六个单词,让学生整体练习。练习时,可以说:"What would you like? Please read it.(谁喜欢哪种食物就读哪一个.)
(三)巩固与扩展(Consolidation and extension)
“Now, let’s practise.”

Sure,here you are.
·Can I have some fish ,please?
Sure, here you are.
·Can I have some beef ,please?
Sure, here you are.
Can I have some soup ,please?

教学反思:
在这节课的教学中,我充分有效地利用现代化教育技术来拓宽学生学习英语的渠道,辅助我的教学实践,起到生动直观的作用,从而激发出学生的学习欲望。此外,
我注重课堂结构的设计,在新课教授过程中分设了几个小台阶,每一环节的设计都是为下一步教学作铺垫,都是为了学生大面积的丰收。
本节课的教学目的是学习英语单词,了解简单的句子。在教学中,为了教好单词,我特别使用了态势语:如教学单词“rice”时,我作出饥饿的样子,然后表情丰富的说:“I’m hungry. Can I have some rice,please? Rice是什么?”接着出示单词卡片.这样,学生就会明白rice就是米饭.于是,学生既理解了句子,又学会了单词,可谓一举两得.。
在教学中,我还为学生提供足够的机会用英语进行活动,课堂上不能拖泥带水,通过pair work 和play a game让学生当堂感受到运用所学语言成功地达到某种目的后的愉快,以此来提高课堂内教学效果.另外,我还创设良好的英语学习环境,对小学生学英语起到潜移默化的影响.
