盖德神经症研究中心于2011年6月10日正式加入国际强迫症基金会。该组织是由一些强迫症患者于1986年创建，国际强迫症基金会（IOCDF）是一个国际性的非盈利组织，组成有强迫症（OCD）相关疾病的人、他们的家人、朋友、专业人员和其他人员。

本机构的使命和IOCDF目标是：

英文介绍：Who We Are
Founded by a group of people with OCD in 1986, the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) is an international not-for-profit organization made up of people with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and related disorders, as well as their families, friends, professionals and others.  The mission and goals of the IOCDF are to:

■Educate the public and professionals about OCD in order to raise awareness and improve the quality of treatment provided;
■Support research into the cause of, and effective treatments for, OCD and related disorders;
■Improve access to resources for those with OCD and their families;
■Advocate and lobby for the OCD community

Since 1993, the Annual IOCDF Conference has beenthe only national meeting focused solely on Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and related disorders. Thisunique event allows people with OCD and their loved ones to learn about the latest OCD information alongside
the mental health professionals who care for them.As many as 1,200 attendees are expected to join us in San Diego. This year’s conference will feature more than 100 presentations, workshops, and seminars as well as nearly twenty evening support groups. Ourpresenters include some of the most experienced and knowledgeable clinicians and researchers in the field, as well as people with OCD and family members who are willing to share their stories.
