My Neighborhood

     I am living in the Candlelight Sub-district in Baoding city. This neighborhood is new, large and beautiful.

     It is very convenient to live here because there are many shops, some restaurants and one playground in it. We can go to the shops to buy something. We can go to the restaurants to eat some delicacies. At weekends we can go to the playground to play basketball or football with our friends.

    The people here are all friendly and happy. We usually say hello to each other when we meet or help each other if it is needed.  

    This is my neighborhood. I love it very much.

                                  My Favorite Subject

　　English is my favorite subject because English is used widely in the world，especially in Beijing，a city with so many foreigners. What's more，I like it because my English teacher is kind and friendly to me.

　　In order to learn English well，I read English aloud every morning and listen to the teacher carefully in class. After class，I often watch English programs and keep an English diary every day. Therefore, I am quite good at English now.

    In a word, I love English and I will continue to learn it better.

My Dream

    Everyone has his or her own dream. Someone hopes to be a teacher, someone hopes to a pilot, and someone hopes to be an actor. But my dream is rather different from theirs.

    My dream is that I would be young forever. Then I will have enough energy to do everything whenever I want. Moreover, I don't have to worry about the old age during which I even can't take care of myself.

    Surely my dream will not come true. However, I think it is lucky that I am young now. I will treasure my time, enjoy my life and try my best to do everything well from now on.
