阿根廷拒絕將北極熊阿圖羅移送加拿大

Arturo the polar bear has been deemed the 'world's saddest animal' because he is left to melt in an Argentine zoo rather than be transferred to a zoo in Winnipeg.

超過五十萬人在網上簽名，要求阿根廷門多薩動物園，將被指患上抑鬱症的二十八歲北極熊阿圖羅，轉送到加拿大溫尼伯的動物園飼養，但被阿根廷方面拒絕。被稱為「最可憐的北極熊」阿圖羅，最近出現異常行為，包括傾斜頭部、露出牙齒、漫無目的地來回踱步等，引起廣泛關注，動物權益組織懷疑牠因為兩年前老伴過世，又長期受酷熱天氣煎熬，患上抑鬱症，但門多薩動物園的負責人指，阿圖羅的情況，是因為年老所致，而牠的年紀，恐怕難以抵受長途旅程，強調目前阿圖羅由熟悉的飼養員照顧，希望外界不要再騷擾牠。阿根廷一班獸醫組成的委員會，二月份已經決定阿圖羅應該留在門多薩動物園，但綠色和平和其他環保組織，指當地夏季氣溫可以高達攝氏三十度，會危及北極熊，發起簽名運動，要求將牠轉移到加拿大。

最可憐的北極熊　20萬人請願把北極熊送離炎熱阿根廷

被媒體稱為「最可憐的北極熊」的阿杜羅，長年生活在時常出現攝氏40度高溫炎熱的環境，只有1個50公分深的水池可以消暑。

據英國《每日郵報》報導，阿根廷曼多薩動物園飼養一隻叫阿杜羅的北極熊，但是阿根廷氣候炎熱，動物園氣溫常常高達攝氏40度，北極熊皮毛又是如此的厚，真的非常難受。

年初，阿根廷相關部會官員同意將阿杜羅加拿大溫尼伯市的阿希尼波恩公園動物園。但後來又稱阿杜羅身體健康狀況不佳而拒絕。目前世界各地有20萬人參加請願活動，希望阿根廷可以把阿杜羅送到加拿大，過著舒適的生活。

牠理應在冰天雪地生活，卻被困在阿根廷酷熱的動物園。牠自老伴死後就變得鬱鬱寡歡，拒絕跟同類接觸，行徑更像行屍走肉。牠就是世上最悲慘的北極熊「阿圖羅」（Arturo圖），牠的苦況已激起網民在Twitter發起活動，希望救救「阿圖羅」。

住在門多薩動物園的「阿圖羅」，健康狀況早在今年初惹人關注，牠自兩年前老伴「佩盧沙」死了後就拒絕接觸同類，加上當地氣溫動輒高達40℃，游泳池又僅半米深，悽慘的生活環境，令「阿圖羅」終於崩潰，不時搖頭，走路左搖右擺甚至倒後行，「表現很像一隻嚴重受壓的北極熊」，專家擔心牠已發瘋。

加拿大溫伯尼省動物園今年2月表示願意接收「阿圖羅」，但門多薩動物園拒絕將牠交出，表面理由是牠可能捱不住兩天長途旅程而斃命，但實情是園方提供不到三年病歷文件，令人質疑「阿圖羅」根本得不到照顧。網民發起關注活動，美國女星雪兒就引用電影《貝隆夫人》的名曲留言：「不要為牠哭，阿根廷？總統克里斯蒂娜不會因為牠受虐而淌淚。」英國《星期日鏡報》
