贾天雄
（李南星）是一个对生活得过且过的单身汉，年轻时曾经是个颇有小名气的演员。
他因为欠赌债，而接受电影公司老板的条件。他的任务就是假扮爱心老师潜入SCP才艺培训中心当起武术兼演艺老师，暗中调查SCP才艺培训中心的校长连佳宣（郭妃丽）哥哥的下落
。
天雄习惯过着自由自在的生活，做事喜欢不按牌理出牌，在培训中心里闯了不少麻烦。
他还意外发现他的同事曾开心（罗美仪）竟然是自己的亲生女儿！
他与开心和佳宣相处久了后，渐渐被她们的爱心打动，也尽心尽力为学生们解决家庭问题。
可是好景不长，开心和佳宣发现天雄加入SCP的真正目的，对他感到失望。天雄最终能不能得到她们的谅解？
Jia Tianxiong
is an unambitious man. He was once a leading actor in his younger
days, but spiralled into obscurity when he reached middle age. He
now earns a living by taking on minor roles or being a stunt
double. An alcoholic and gambler, he is frequently harassed by
loansharks. One day, the movie company boss, Lei Zheng, gives
Tianxiong a mission. He is to go undercover at SCP Talent Training
Centre to track down Lian Yongcheng, the brother of SCP principal
Lian Jiaxuan. In return, Lei Zheng will settle all his debts.
Jiaxuan is a successful career woman in her 30s. SCP is having an
open house for student recruitment, and she is overwhelmed with the
preparation. Yongcheng and his wife claim they have an urgent
matter to settle overseas. They leave their young children with
Jiaxuan. Zeng Kaixin is a well-loved teacher at SCP. Tianxiong
tries everything he can think of to get hired by Jiaxuan. He
succeeds, but he doesn’t leave a good impression on Kaixin. Kaixin
has a deep relationship with her father, Zeng Guangrong, a widower.
Her childhood friend, Gao Xiaoming, has a crush on her. Her
boyfriend is Xiaoming’s good friend, Joseph. On her birthday,
Guangrong reveals to Kaixin that they are not blood-related. She
begins to resent her birth father for abandoning her mother.
Unbeknownst to her, fate is leading her birth father, Tianxiong,
into her life.
