Is luck or effort more important in one’s life? Why?

I think effort is more important than luck in one’s life. If you don’t work hard, luck won’t come to you. Luck is important, but effort is more important.

If you only have luck, you can’t succeed. Such as my writing. I have a very good Chinese teacher. She reads and revises every composition I write carefully. Having such a good teacher is my luck. But I have insisted on writing composition for a long time, so now I can write composition well. Effort and perseverance are the most important things to succeed. Of course, luck is an important factor to succeed. If you can persevere in doing something, when luck arrives, you will be able to catch it easily. So I think effort is really the most important thing for everybody. If you want to succeed, then you need to work hard. God will be moved by your efforts and give you some good luck.
