本届BET HipHop Awards依旧在ATL举办，主持人是著名的说唱歌手Snoop
Dogg。Drake凭借《Started From the Bottom》斩获三个奖项、大热的Kendrick
Lamar也拿下年度最佳作词奖以及年度最佳专辑奖。今年的奖项略微有变化，多了一个“Best Hip-Hop Style”最佳嘻哈装扮奖。
