I have a colleague who applied a debit card from the Bank of America, but he hasn't the driver license. I have to accompany him to get his card. when we got to the Bank, a beautiful girl came up and said kindly : " What can I do for you, sir?" I was surprised because that I didn't expect that they could be so polite.

"NO, thanks. I am just waiting for my friend." I said. "You could sit over there. " She smiled.

After several minutes, my colleague finished his work  and walked toward me with a disspointed face. " It is the third time to here, but I still didn't get my debit card." He said, " They are so tropical that I could n't become angry with them."

 

Good or Bad? I don't know.
