戴如意 （安妮·泰勒）Annie Royle Taylor (7 October 1855 – 9 September 1922) was an English Evangelical missionary to China and the first Western woman known to have visited Tibet.

她是第一位進入西藏的西方女性旅行家，戴如意是安妮·泰勒的中文名字，本身是虔誠的基督教，欲往西藏傳教，她在1892年（即光緒十八年）自甘肅洮州啟程入西藏，歷經七個月的艱苦旅程，最後被阻於拉薩東北的那曲，不得不轉往康定，但她仍然堅持留在亞東與鍚金邊境傳教。
