九）表示后果的句型：

① It may give rise to a host of problem.   它可能带来一系列问题。

例：If these actions don't immediately to be stopped, it may give rise to a host of problem.

    如果这些行为不马上制止，它可能带来一系列问题。

② The immediate result it produces is…    它产生的直接结果是……

例：The immediate result it produces is we can't arrive at the destination on time.

    它产生的直接结果是我们不能准时到达目的地。

③ It will exercise a profound influence upon…   对……将会产生深远的影响

例：It will exercise a profound influence upon the growth of children.

    对孩子的成长将会产生深远的影响。

④ Its consequence can be great that…   其结果可能是巨大的

例：Its consequence can be great that factories discharge sewage.

    工厂排放污水造成的结果可能是巨大的。

十）表示举例的句型：

① A good case in point is…  一个很好的例子是

例：A good case in point is Obama won the election by the Internet.

    一个很好的例子是奥巴马靠互联网赢得了竞选。

② As an illustration, we may take…   例如，我们可以做……

例：As an illustration, We can borrow loans to buy a car.

    例如，我们可以贷款买车。

③ Such examples might be given easily.  可能很容易举出这些例子。

例：If you are a scientist, such examples might be given easily.

    如果你是科学家，可能很容易举出这些例子。

④ …is often cited as an example. ……常被作为一个例子

例：Lei feng's deeds are often as an example.

    雷锋的事迹常被作为一个例子。

十一）表示证明的句型：

① No one can deny the fact that…  没人能否认……的事实

例：No one can deny the fact that the earth warming.

    没人能否认全球变暖的事实。

② The idea is hardly supported by facts.   这个想法几乎没有事实根据。

例：All things are one of the world. The idea is hardly supported by facts.

    世界万物都是一体的。这个想法几乎没有事实根据。

③ Unfortunately, none of the available data shows…    不幸的是,没有任何可用的数据显示……

例：Unfortunately, none of the available data shows this experiment is successful.

    不幸的是,没有任何可用的数据显示这个实验成功。

④ Recent studies indicate that…   最近的研究表明……

例：Recent studies show that the house price rising excessively.

    最近的研究表明房价上涨过快。

⑤ There is sufficient evidence to show that…   有充分的证据显示……

例：There is sufficient evidence to show that bank alarm system failure.

    有充分的证据显示银行的报警系统故障。

⑥ According to statistics proved by…, it can be seen that…   据统计证明……,就可以看出…

例：According to statistics proved by the growth of graduate students, it can be seen that find a job is difficult.

    根据统计表明考研人数增加,可以看出就业困难。
