​2018年陇川县阿昌族阿露窝罗节于3月18日在户撒乡阿露窝罗广场如期举行。今天是活动第一天，在户撒阿露窝罗广场上演了一场精彩的舞林大赛——阿昌族象脚鼓甩鼓舞比舞。

在德宏，傣族、景颇族、阿昌族都有象脚鼓，每个民族都有自己民族特色的象脚鼓舞蹈，甩鼓舞是极具有阿昌特色的舞蹈，为传承民族文化，让更多的人了解这个鼓舞，此次阿露窝罗节举办了第一届户撒乡象脚鼓甩鼓舞比赛。据悉，共有来自10个村委会的14支参赛队伍，72人参赛。

象脚鼓舞是一种男子自娱性舞蹈，因舞者身挎象脚鼓而得名，阿昌族象脚鼓舞一般由两名男子完成，一名男子敲鼓，一名男子击恰，在跳舞的时候不时甩动象脚鼓，击恰男子配合躲开，配合不成功，鼓将会打在击恰男子头上，因而阿昌族的象脚鼓舞难度相对较大。
