去---变---删------从句变为非谓语动词的三步骤

        顾名思义, 非谓语动词就是在句中不作谓语的动词。它有三种形式: 不定式、分词和动名词，分词又有过去分词和现在分词之分。

       非谓语动词知识点繁多，这儿只谈谈它们的来源。我们可通过“去、变、删”这三个步骤来简化从句，得到非谓语动词。这一方法也可作为确定一些非谓语动词形式的依据。

第一步、去：去掉引导词或从句中与主句里相同的主语；

第二步、变：将从句中的第一个动词变成v-ing形式；

第三步、删：若将首动词变形后得到being 或having been，则将它们删除。

通过这个过程的加工，我们就可以得到一个言简意赅的非谓语短句了。

现在来举例说明：

例１．If you see from the top of the hill, you will find the city a very beautiful garden.

我们来加工整理条件状语从句“If you see from the top of the hill”:

第一步、去掉引导词“If”与从句中和主句主语重复的主语“you”,得到句子“See from the top of the hill”；

第二步、将首动词“see”变成“v-ing”形式，我们得到句子“Seeing from the top of the hill”;

       第三步、改变后没出现“being ”或“having been”，不用删除。

这样我们就得到了下面这个句子：

Seeing from the top of the hill, you will find the city a very beautiful city.

非谓语动词“Seeing”的 逻辑主语与主句主语 “you”保持一致，整个句子完美无瑕，加工成功！

       例2．If the city is seen from the top of the hill, the city looks like a beautiful garden.

       第一步、去掉引导词“If”与从句中和主句主语重复的主语“the city”，我们得到句子“is seen from the top of the hill”；

　   第二步、将首动词“is”变成“v-ing”形式，我们得到句子“being seen from the top of the hill”；

       第三步、改变后出现“being”，删除，剩下句子“Seen from the top of the hill”。

这样我们就得到了下面这个句子：

Seen from the top of the hill, the city looks like a beautiful garden.

非谓语动词“Seen”的 逻辑主语与主句主语 “the city”保持一致，加工成功！

例3.Things that have been lost never come again.

 第一步、去掉定于从句中的引导词“that”， 得到句子“have been lost”；

　　第二步、将首动词“have”变成“v-ing”形式，得到句子“having been lost”；

        第三步、改变后出现了“having been”，删除，剩下句子“lost”。

这样我们就得到了下面这个句子：Things lost never come again.

现在我们来看看2007年高考湖南卷的一道单选题：

“Things _______ never come again!” I couldn't help talking to myself.

          A.lost           B.losing         C.to lose        D.have lost

        根据例三不难看出答案是A.

       现在请同学们用刚刚学过的方法来简化下列句子，试一试你的牛刀：
