Lesson 10 Li Ming Meets Jenny’s Class　　

一、学习目标 ：　　

1、知识目标：单词 kilometer  apartment

句型：Where  are  you  from？（ Where  do  you  come  from？）When  did  you  come  to  Canada？

2、能力目标：能用英语向别人问候，能做简单对话练习并能拓展运用。

3、情感目标：通过对话积极主动的学习英语，在生活中运用英语。

教学重点：单词和句型　　

教学难点：能够在实际生活中恰当使用英语介绍自己。　　

三、教学准备：录音机、磁带、课件　　

四、教学过程：　　

1.Greetings：　　

Good  afternoon，class.　

  How are you today?　　

　Nice to meet you !　　

2.Song: Sing an English song “Hello  song”　　

（用师生的自由交流和歌曲给学生创设一种宽松、愉悦的学习气氛，使后面的教学更加流畅自如。）　　

3．Let the Ss ask and answer the questions 

(让学生自问自答，复习以前学习的句型，给学生一种自主说英语的机会，培养学生自主性。)　

　-Do you usually…?

               do your homework ?

               watch    TV ? 

               help  your mother ?

6.出示课题，用幻灯片导入课题。

　Now listen and read your book. Think below these questions. 

Where is Li Ming from ?

What’s the name of his city ?

Does he live in a house ?

When did he come to Canada ？

Does he like Canada ?

Does everyone in Li Ming's family speak English ?
