7月21日，再次水漫京城，比以往都严重。周六的空气几乎能拧出水，决定不动车了，中午西城开始下雨，再没停过，被在家宅了一天，在网上看着各区看海的图文报道，傍晚涉水去门口吃饭，路上拍了几张，吃晚饭出来雨已经小了，路上的积水也退了很多，展览馆门口桥下基本没有积水了
