On January 23rd, 2011, the Beijing Television Station awarded me the 2010 Annual Best Researcher Trophy and Certificate. In the acceptance speech, I briefly shared my difficult journey.

Back in 1993, I jumped into the stock market blindfolded.  At that time, I found myself addicted to technical analyses and eventually I found myself wiped out within three years.  

Then on January 24th, 1996 something special happened.  It was to become the luckiest day of my life.

On that day, the Shanghai Securities News published an article introducing the legendary investing stories of Warren Buffett.  After reading them, I found myself deeply touched. From then on, I started the path of Value Investment.

Over the past 10 years, I have worked hard to learn more about its philosophy and to practice its techniques.  I can honestly say that it has totally changed my life. It is Warren Buffett’s grand thoughts and wisdom that have rescued me.
