题记：
       由中国书法家协会主办，江门市人民政府、广东省文学艺术界联合会、广东省书法家协会和广东书法院联合主办，开平市人民政府和江门市英吉利华投资有限公司承办的全国第二届册页书法作品展开幕式暨开平市谭逢敬艺术院落成典礼，于2012年11月27日在广东省开平市谭逢敬艺术院隆重举行。
　　全国册页书法作品展是中国书法家协会的品牌展览。自2011年8月开始，全国第二届册页书法作品展组委会在全国各大专业媒体发布征稿启事，共收到全国各地的投稿一万多件，由中国书法家协会组织专家评审，最终评出优秀作品27件、入展作品383件。为了更全面地展示我国当代书法创作的最高水平，本次展览还特别邀请了在全国具有影响力的书法名家，包括中国书法家协会正副主席、理事、专业委员会委员、兰亭奖、国展获得者提交力作同时展出，助力江门市打造书法名城，推动开平市文化名市建设，为开平市创建广东省文明城市营造良好的文化氛围，为广大书法爱好者打造一场丰盛的文化大餐。
　　中国书法家协会、中国侨联、广东省侨联、广东省文联、广东省书法家协会、广东书法院和江门市、开平市等各级领导出席了开幕式。港澳同胞、文艺界、工商界嘉宾，老领导代表，册页展获奖、入展作者、书法爱好者以及赞助单位代表、友好人士，约500多人出席了本次盛会。
       中国书法家协会副主席胡抗美在开幕式上作了热情洋溢的讲话。
　　广东省文联专职副主席刘小毅、江门市委副书记聂党权、开平市委书记黄耀雄和谭逢敬先生也分别在会上作了讲话。
