包玉刚实验学校任命倪谷音女士为名誉校长，领导导师团，对学校教育理念的贯彻、课程的设置和教学进行总体的指导和严格的督察，以确保教学质量和水准。
    倪谷音名誉校长曾担任上海一师附小特级教师、校长和名誉校长；她是全国著名德育专家、特级教师、上海市愉快教育研究所所长；在包校担任创校校长期间，倪谷音女士团结执行校长华伦庄臣、执行副校长陈艳以及导师团殷国芳、李爱珍、陈蓓蕾、史慧芳等知名教育家，不辞辛劳、全身心地投入包校的创建。她把“愉快教育”的精华与西方的先进教育理念和方法有机融合；她带领导师团在课程设置和日常教学管理中发挥了不可替代的作用；她与年轻教师一起在完成义务教育的标准要求的同时，又创造出包校独特的、家长欢迎和社会公认的双语、双文化的特色课程。2009年和2010年长宁区教育评估中心来校视察时给予了高度评价。
    今后在创办人、理事会、顾问、名誉校长倪谷音女士和校长吴子健先生以及全体师生的共同努力下，包玉刚实验学校将继续向着世界一流的国际化-中国式学校的目标努力。

 

 We are delighted to announce the news that Headmistress Ni Guyin will become the Honorary Headmistress of YK Pao School.  She will lead the Mentors, while also directing and ensuring the standard of the School’s educational philosophy, curriculum and teaching approach.
 Honorary Headmistress Ni Guyin has held the positions of Headmistress and Honorary Headmistress of No. 1 Teacher Training College Primary School.  She is a National Expert on the teaching of Civics, and she is the Head of the research institute for ‘Delight Education’ in Shanghai.  Headmistress Ni has worked tirelessly for YK Pao School since its founding, together with Executive Principal Warren Johnston, Deputy Executive Principal Crick Chen and the Mentors, Yin Guofang, Li Aizhen, Chen Beilei and Shi Huifang.  Headmistress Ni integrated the concept of ‘delight education’ with Western teaching approaches.  She has also played an irreplaceable role in leading the Mentors in curriculum development and daily management of the School.  Her work with young teachers is notable for ensuring that we meet statutory education requirements while also delivering an innovative bilingual and bicultural curriculum.  In 2009 and 2010, YK Pao School was highly commended during inspections by the Changning District Education Bureau. 
 With the continuing hard work of the Founders, Governors, Advisors, Honorary Headmistress Ni Guyin, Headmaster Wu Zijian, Principals, teachers and students we hope YK Pao School will continue to flourish as we work to build a school for tomorrow’s China.
