arrive [[5raiv] v. (指到达某址,尤指到达旅途的终点或目的地)到达,抵达
 —Give me  a call to let me know  you 're  arrived safely. 
      打个电话给我,告诉我你已平安到达。
 注；arrive 为不及物动词，在表示到达之意时，需接in或at；
  arrive in somewhere   指抵达相对比较大的地方
  arrive at somewhere    指抵达相对比较小的地方
 —He arrived in Shanghai yeater day.  他昨天抵达上海。
 —He arrived at small town of Jilin yerster day.  他昨天到达吉林的一个小城。

3. reach [rI:tF] v. (尤指经过长时间或花费大力气以后)(reach 是及物动词,表示
    到达之意时,直接接宾语) 到达,抵达
—He reached Tokyo at 5.pm    他下午5时到达了东京。
