蝉

蝉，又称知了，体型较大，蝉体黑色，四翅坚挺透明，翅纹清晰，前翅长后翅短，静止时前翅压后翅，飞动时四翅张开。其胸、足、翅根等处杂有赭色。雄蝉腹下有两片鸣器，鸣声噪耳。另一种体型比蝉小的螗蜩，与蝉体相同，头与胸背有较明显的绿色斑纹。

蝉的画法步骤

点厾简勾画法：1.先用重墨点出蝉的胸部，适当留出一些高光。2.兼勾带点画颈、头及眼，亦留白为高光。3.淡墨较干笔虚扫蝉翅，从翅根向翅梢用笔，行笔要快。4.简勾画足，重墨点画翅上露出的腹背。5.重墨勾翅边骨架，稍淡墨较干笔勾翅内纹并掏点翅内透出的腹部。赭石色染翅根及足、头等部位。

飞蝉画法步骤：1.淡墨较干的笔，由翅根向翅梢扫出四翅。2.重墨点画胸部，适当留出高光。3.点画头颈及腹部。4.勾画翅纹。淡赭石提染。

螳螂

螳螂又被称为刀郎，性凶猛，以捕食其他昆虫为生。一对大复眼与尖尖的嘴形成三角形的头部。其胸部长似脖颈。外翅较挺，有明显翅纹，内翅叠藏。六足，但前足进化成有尖刺齿状似铡刀的刀臂，成为捕捉与御敌的利器。未生翅的小螳螂，虽然体型小，但动态同样威武有趣。
