上小岛的那天晴转多云，在海边忙着找外卖的三明治带到岛上当午餐差点误了船，又在登船的锑子上被一阵风把头上戴的帽子吹到了海里，http://www/uc/myshow/blog/misc/gif/E___6710EN00SIGG.gifisland" TITLE="小岛Somes island" />眼睁睁地看着帽子随着海风漂走。不过上了小船20分钟后还算顺利地来到了岛上。

这个平平淡淡的小岛，离惠灵顿很近，当地人叫它“Somes island”。岛上除了植物花草，鸟儿类和虫草动物还有岛上的管理人员外，木有其它人居住。在这里你可以沿着小路徒步，看大海，听小鸟儿鸣叫，和陌生的植物说说话，闻花香，这里没有市区里的艳丽和喧闹浮躁，更多的是一丝平静，温柔和安宁，与世无争！来这里走走挺好！

路上看到一棵大树结满了松果，真想偷两颗带回去放在家里的小花园里，可刚上岛时就被关到小房子里忠告过不许带走小岛上的一草一木。。。。好吧只看不拿：）

还看到有各种颜色的布条系在植物上，大概是昆虫和植物学家的研究对象，千万别乱碰哈！

岛上奇花异草真的很多，比如这个像花不是花像果不是果的桔黄色的东东，问它是啥，也不吭声。那就只愿你们继续在这里独自开花结果，飘摇自在！

杂草中发现了很多只蜥蜴，它们窜的很快，在揉眼睛的功夫里就消失了。。。。

小岛上的灯塔，1866年就有了。塔上铸铁那部分是早年从英国运来的，那时还是用菜籽油来点燃呢，真是好久远的事情。可惜俺的拍照水平太差，只拍了个灯塔脑袋瓜。http://www/uc/myshow/blog/misc/gif/E___6717EN00SIGG.gifisland" TITLE="小岛Somes island" />

 上面的黄色小房子很早以前是个一醫院，早年坐船移民到新西兰的人如果到达后被查出有传染病状，都要在这里做隔离检查后才允许从这个小岛登上惠灵顿。

小岛上有很多能坐下休息的长椅，这个被人出钱捐出的长椅上写着很多字，是记念他们已经过世的亲人的。这也是很多新西兰人用来怀念他们的一种方式！

岛上生长着各种植物，几乎都插着牌子栓着彩色带子，真像个植物花草研究中心，看着这些花草虽然叫不出名子，但也算是似曾相识的老朋友。。。有人说“植物的美是一味中药，用来拯救灵魂”，那木有植物存在的世界还真的是有些无趣哈：）

岛上木有卖东西的，更木有咖啡店，只能自带午餐和饮料。。。如果不想带也可以，不吃不喝减减肥吧！话说吃完以后的空瓶子，垃圾什么的都要放回背包带回惠灵顿的。

小岛的历史悠长，植物花草繁盛，还有各种昆虫鸟儿类，感到在新西兰生活的这些年，都会把你弄的和大自然更加亲近。植物，花鸟儿还有我们人类相互依赖地在这个地球上生活着，保护好大自然也就相应的是在保护我们自己吧，我觉得！

虽然惠灵顿就在岸的那一边，但是有很多惠灵顿人也木有来过这个小岛呢，其实这个小岛已经成为野生动植物的保护区了。。。
