九连环怯病健身功



正本清源,弘扬国粹,传真授实,还功于民,这是中国云功传人吴桢祥先生的弘愿。

中国云功传人吴桢祥先生是誉响中外的气功武术名家,他所传授的“九连环”祛病健身功是中国云功的基础功法。它理明法简,易学易练,功效显著,深受广大气功爱好者的欢迎,迅速传播到海内外。“九连环”是武术内功,着眼于用,所以不会出偏,也无方向,时间。地点及呼吸的特殊要求,每一还既是动功,也可作为桩功和静功单练,不论是连贯齐练,还是任选一还单练,都有整体效应。而且,行,站,坐,卧都可以练功,练功次数从九次至八十一次都可,收功的方法,可繁可简,使用归元式收功也可。


Mr wuzhenxiang,who inherited the China Yungong,is a famous Wushu and qigong celebrity in domestic and abroad,the “Nine series” of Inner Strength to Health Fitness is a fundamental exercises of china yungong.the exercises are widely welcomed and spreaded rapidly aborad due to its simplicity,efficiency and feasibility to practice .the “Nine series”is a kind of internal work and subject to use,so you’wont be misled.And there is no special limit for derection,time,l-o-c-a-t-i-o-n and breath.each serie is a motive work,but it can be also practised as a “zhuangong” or “quiet gong”.It has a collective effect no matter practised singly or in series.Futher more,you can pratise it when you’re standing,walking,sitting or lying.practising time varies from 9 times to 81 times.the way to draw in the work also varies from simple to comprehensive or “guuiyuan” ceremony.



练功要领:身形,顶拔中正,意念,松静自然,动作,柔和缓慢,呼吸顺其自然。


The gist of exercises:shape,standing at attention, mentality ,relaxing naturally,action,tenderness and slowness,breathe at easy.


预备式:

顶天立地三合一,三才交汇变化生,练功开始:






正身直立,两手下垂体侧,中指轻点在裤逢上,全身放松,左脚外跨,约以肩宽,脚指


stand at attention,hang your hands,put your middle finger on the trousers seam,relax your body,step your left foot outside about the shoulder`s width.toe the groud,thinking:trample the groud and penetrate it, prop up the sky and transcend it ,polarize your shoulder to extreme to make armpit vacuous,first concentrate on middle finger,then palm.


微扣,意念,脚向下踩,踩穿大地,头往上顶,顶破青天,肩向两极无限松开,使腋下空虚,先意在中指,后意在手掌。


第一还: 捧气贯顶百脉通 一通百通防治偏



双手从体侧抬起,逐渐翻掌向上,掌心微凹,捧气到头顶贯入,稍停,维持十指相对姿势,双掌经面部顺身躯直下小腹,反复练九次。


一.二。 三。四。五。 六。七。 八。九。恢复预备式,意在脚掌,使肺浊排除。


The first series:to hold the internal strength and pass through from the forhead,the strength is fluent in your body then all the organs can work smoothly



Put up your hands gradually with palms turning upside,keep the palm center concave.carry the “qi”to forhead and pass it though,keep the fingers posture for a while. Move the palms along the face to belly.repeat for nine times.


One,two,three,four,five,six,seven,eight,nine.return to preparation ceremony,concentrate your mind on foot to expel the turbid.


第二还: 托气贯额神明通 任通督行神自明



双手从体侧向前托气而起,到额部时,将指尖弯曲并拢,对额部贯入。稍停,顺身躯中线直下小腹,反复练九次。


一.二。 三。 四。五。六。七。八。九。 恢复预备式,使废浊排除。


The 2nd series:move your hand ahead holding the qi to forhead.Hold fingers together when passing the “qi” through from the forhead.hold on for a while then move fingers along the body axis to belly.repeat nine times. One,two,three,four,five,six,seven,eight,nine.return to preparation ceremony, expel the turbid.


第三还: 双手开合荡污垢,中枢清彻邪自消

双手由体侧翻掌上抬,到头顶时合拢,开合九次:

第四环 引清排浊利三焦 三焦通利百病消


双膝微屈,双手掌心向上抬起到小腹前,使十指尖相对,意在中指。得气后,双掌缓缓上提到胸前,“膻中”部位然后翻掌下按直到腹下。反复练九次。

恢复预备势,意在关元。使真气激蕩升发。

Bend your knees a little, and let your fingers move in phase,concentrate on middle fingers.when your get the “qi”,move your hands slowly to the chest of “tanzhong”then return to belly.repeat for nine times: Open,close.Open,close.Open,close.Open,close.Open,close.Open,close.Open,close.Open,close.

第五环 抱球转腰通带脉搏 承上启下腰为要


双膝微屈,双手从体侧抬起,手心相对,置于腹前,意念,如同抱球置于腹前,意想“命门”。“命门”有感应后,先抱球向左转,后抱球向右转,转动时,手要随球上下翻动,身体不要前仆后仰,意念要始终守住“命门”才能取到疏通“带脉”的作用,一左,一右为一次,转动九次。

一.二。 三。四。五。 六。七。 八。九。在身体转正时,意念将手中所抱球按入“关元”部位。使真气激蕩生发。恢复预备势。

Bend your knees a little,put up your palms before the belly face to face.Imagine that you holding a ball,think about your “mingmen”,when there is some sensation happened,rotate your ball to left first,then fight.stand at attention and move your hand according to the ball.Always concentrate on “mingmen” so that the movement can dredge”daimai”.left side and right side acounts once,rotate the ball for nine times:

One,two,three,four,five,six,seven,eight,nine.before your return to preparation ceremony,think that you’re embedding your ball to “guanyuan”.to let your internal strength surging.return to preparation ceremony.

第六环 三停积气扩丹田 扩大丹田蓄真气


两手掌心向上置于小腹前,使十指尖相对,意在指尖,得气后,上提到腹部的“神阙”胃部的“中脘”胸部的“膻中”稍停一下,才能取到扩大丹田的作用,翻掌下按,反复练九次。

一.二。 三。四。五。 六。七。 八。九。恢复预备势。意在“关元”。使真气激蕩生发。

Put your palms upside before your belly with fingertip pointing each other correspondingly.Lift your palms to”shenque”of belly and “zhongwan”of stomache and ‘tanzhong of chest and stop there respectively for a while so that to enlarge the effect of ‘dantian”,return and go back the same way.repeat for nine times. One,two,three,four,five,six,seven,eight,nine.return to preparation ceremony,concentrate on “guanyuan”.to let your internal strength surging.

第七环 天地灵气信手采 参赞化育致太平


双手扬掌置于“关元”部位,十指相对,先意在手掌,后意在九天,使手掌与天阳灵气相接,开合九次。

第八环 平衡阴阳致中和 中和得气万物荣

第九环 搂气贯腹内气充 内外接合真气盈


双手从体侧抬起,向周围搂气贯入脐下“关元”部位,反复练九次。

Raise your hands from body side,hold “qi” around you and pass it through “guanyuan”,repeat for nine times.One,two,three,four,five,six,seven,eight,nine.

收功:双手从周围搂气成左手在下右手在上从“关元”部位贯入,稳定一下,以肚脐为中心,逆时针转九圈。

一.二。 三。四。五。 六。七。 八。九。

Ending:to hold qi around you and let your left hand above and right below.pass the qi through”guanyuan”,stablize for a while,move counterclockwise around the navel for nine times: One,two,three,four,five,six,seven,eight,nine.

稳定一下,顺时针转九圈。

一.二。 三。四。五。 六。七。 八。九。意想聚集丹田之气,凝化成一粒金丹,在腹内激蕩生发真气。

Stablize for a while,move clockwise around the navel for nine times: One,two,three,four,five,six,seven,eight,nine.think that you’re congregateing the qi of “dantian” to form a gold pill and the internal strength is surging in your belly.

扣齿九次: 一.二。 三。四。五。 六。七。 八。九。

搅舌九次:一.二。 三。四。五。 六。七。 八。九。

Clinch and loosen your teeth for nine times: One,two,three,four,five,six,seven,eight,nine.

Stir your mouth by your tongue fro nine times: One,two,three,four,five,six,seven,eight,nine.

鼓漱至满口唾液时,将唾液缓缓咽到“关元” 部位,稍停。先搓热手背,后搓热手掌,轻按在两眼之上,默念,补益五臓,明目增功。稳定一下。双手顺势轻柔缓的慢梳头,浴面九次:

一.二。 三。四。五。 六。七。 八。九。顺脖胫而下,合掌胸前,意念用鼻孔照肺部,肺部有感应后,双手下移到“神阙”,沿带脉放在腰眼上,意念用两耳听“命门”, “命门” 有感应后,双手搓擦肾堂;三十六次,稳定一下,双手绕回“关元”部位。内视“关元”后的脊椎,使气敛入骨,默念,归元增功,想一下额部,默念神明自通,随意松动一下身体。

While there is lots of saliva in your mouth,suck it slowly to the position of “guanyuan”,stop for a while.rub the back of hand first and the palm then,put your hand on the eyelid, say it in your mind:”buyiwuzhang,mingmuzenggong.”then use your hand to preen your hair and wash your facen slowly for nine times: One,two,three,four,five,six,seven,eight,nine.

Move your hands along the neck to the chest,close your palms.think that your nares reflecting your lungs,when there is sensation in your lung,move your hands to “shenque”, 沿带脉放在腰眼上,think that your ears are listening to “mingmen”.When there is some sensation,use your hands to rub the position of kidneys for 36 times.stop for a while,then return hands to “guanyuan’think you’re looking at the spinal bones and absorb the “qi”,say it in your mind:” 归元增功”.Think about your forhead for a while,say it in your mind:” 神明自通”.
