“I tell you truly, your body was made not only to breathe, and eat, and think, but it was also made to enter the Holy Stream of Life. And your ears were made not only to hear the words of men, the song of birds, and the music of falling rain, but they were also made to hear the Holy Stream of Sound. And your eyes were made not only to see the rising and setting of the sun, the ripple of sheaves of grain, and the words of the Holy Scrolls, but they were also made to see the Holy Stream of Light. The Holy Stream of Life, the Holy Stream of Sound, and the Holy Stream of Light correspond to Man’s higher bodies. They are those that Man shall develop, so that he becomes fully Man. ”

『我真實地告訴你：你的身體不僅是为了呼吸、吃飯、和思想，而設置，

它也是为了让你進入‘生命之神聖川流...’；

你的耳朵不僅是为了能聽到人话、鳥鳴、下雨的音樂，而設置，

它也是为了让你聽到‘聲音之神聖川流...’；

人的高等体，石太納稱之为：人的‘靈性我’、‘佛性’、和最高層次的‘靈性人’。

在这一条路上，‘元舞’正是它的帮助；从1918 到1924的七年当中, 石太納为‘元舞’举办了八十多个演講。
