I’m so excited that the winter vacation is coming. Here are my plans for it. First, I’m having a good rest. I want to relax myself after a term’s hard work. Second, my parents are taking me to visit Beijing. We are staying there for about five days. We are going sightseeing to many places of interest. We are taking a lot of photos. Third, I’m reading some good books at home. I want to learn more about the world by reading. I’m sure I can have a good vacation. I can’t wait!

Student activity survey

Here are the results of the student activity survey at Yucai Middle School.

Some students surf the Internet once or twice a week. No students surf the Internet every day. As for housework, some students do it every day. Some students do it once or twice a week. As for reading English books, I’m happy to see the results. Most students read English books every day and some students read once or twice a week.

From the survey we know that most students like learning English. It’ good to read more books. But we should also help our parents do more housework.

How to Keep Fit

As we all know, health is very important. But how to keep fit? Firstly, we should have a good diet. That’s eating more fresh fruit and vegetables, but less junk food. Drink more water instead of coke or other unhealthy drinks. Secondly, it’s good for us to take more exercise, such as running, swimming, ball games and so on. At last, we should learn to relax ourselves. We can listen to some light music, chat with our family members or friends and have a good sleep. To keep fit is not difficult if you care it a lot.

I have a friend. He is Henry. Two years ago, Henry had an unhealthy lifestyle. He always had much meat. He hardly exercised. So he often felt tired. Of course, he was weak in all his subjects. But he is different at the moment .He likes vegetables and fruit very much. He runs every morning to keep fit. So he feels well. And he is making great progress in every subject. In a word, a healthy lifestyle is important.

My Healthy Lifestyle

I’m pretty healthy. I exercise every day, usually when I come from school. My eating habits are pretty good. I try to eat lots of vegetables. I eat fruit and drink milk every day. I never drink coffee. Of course, I love junk food and I eat it two or three times a week. Oh, I sleep 9 hours every day.
