原料:马兰头
调料:食用油
做法:
1.把马兰头里别的杂物挑除后清洗干净;
2.水烧开后放入马兰头;
3.马兰头被开水浸透就马上从锅里拿出;
4.马上用水冲凉;
5.把水挤干净;
6.把马兰头切碎;
7.香干切成细丁;
9.热锅冷油,适当多放点油;
10.加入马兰头;
11.加入春笋丁和豆腐干丁点水翻炒几下;
12.加入盐调味,淋上香油就可以出锅了;
要点:
1.要仔细地择去马兰头的老茎和里面的杂物,留下嫩头,洗净,入沸水中焯去涩味,捞起过凉水冷却,挤干余水,切碎,这样马兰头才好吃。
2.马兰头很吃油,炒的时候要比平时炒菜适当多放点油才好吃;
3.这马兰头其实在锅里呆的时间可不能长,只要翻炒一下,香味出来就可以了,所以30秒钟足够;
4.炒的时候是点水,不是把水一下子加进去,那样炒出来的马兰头就不香了,点一点点水进去,马兰头吃起来才不发干,所谓干煸菜可不是一点水也不加,你试试,一点不加水的菜炒出来后干巴巴的,口感其实非常差的。
5.这道菜在锅里速度为什么这么快?因为马兰头和春笋都是焯水的,豆腐干本来就可以直接吃的,所以只要用油爆香就可以出锅了。

necessary sleep rhythms. And if you’re generally waking up feeling
at least moderately refreshed, things are looking good.
