    昨晚又和好男儿Vincent在家打羽毛球了，掉落无数次，但我们总是有种信念，一定能破上回的记录。虽然我们一次次失败，但是这过程中，好男儿学会了什么是坚持！其实我们来回打的过程就是一种快乐的体验，每一次惊险的救球，每一次来回次数的不断增多，其实就是快乐，这个过程是最长的。有时结果是完美的，比如昨天我们居然打了794个来回（是不是太厉害了啊，上次最高记录是462个），我们欢呼庆祝，但那种快乐是短暂的；有时我们怎么打也超不过上次的记录，我们叹气，但是那种失望也是短暂的。这和我们的人生是何等的相似。我们有时更多的是关注一个结果，我们在想，要是我找了一个好工作那有多快乐，要是我有钱了那有多快乐，要是我不用工作那有多快乐，要是...其实那都是结果，那如果你真的实现了愿望，你也未必就快乐，因为那种快乐太短暂了。只有学会享受过程，才会快乐地久远。

 

    生活里真的是创意无限,虽然都是一样的柴米油盐,有些家吃的欢,有些家吃的愁。所以要吃的好，不在于你买了什么，而是你即使用简单的材料也能做出让家人有惊喜的美食。今天这道美食就是这样，简单的食材，只用到了一个鸡蛋和一张海苔就能让你尝到从没吃过的味道，不用加一点调料，不用盐，不用味精！

 

原料：海苔　鸡蛋

 

做法：

1.准备好一张海苔；

2.把海苔放在一制盘子里；

3.准备好一点温水；

4.在海苔的四周抹上温水；

5.打入一个鸡蛋；

6.把海苔包起，捏紧。

7.锅里放入适量的油，烧热后放入油炸；

8.炸到外面有点松脆的感觉就可以了；

注意三个要点：

1.海苔四周抹水是因为放入鸡蛋后可以把海苔包拢，鸡蛋不会流出；

2.如果有的海苔太薄，建议用两张比较安全；

3.煎之前油要烧热再放入才会炸的快，大约炸一分钟左右就可以了。

4.用平底锅也可以少放油，就是把平底锅倾斜一下油就集中到一边了。
         
　　　　　

 

是不是特别简单！但是每次有的人随便看了一下就去做了，回来问我怎么会失败，接下来就告诉我他们是怎么做的。这时我就发现了问题所在，有的私自换了原料，有的颠倒了步骤，所以要特别关注我的要点提醒啊哈哈！

 

这就是爆浆的效果！因为海苔本来就咸鲜的味道，所以这个味道你真的要试一下，确实很赞。

1. Take a picture of yourself smiling while you're on the phone with him so he can see how happy he makes you.

2. Grab him when you're in front of a mirror or a reflective store window and say, "Look, it's us!"

7. Make his bed after he's left in the morning.

8. Kiss his eyelids.

   亲吻他的睫毛。

9. Be the outside spoon.

   睡觉时把他冰冷的背拥在你暖暖的胸怀里，让他感受你暖暖的爱。

10. Buy him toilet paper when you notice he's almost out.

   他的厕纸快用完的时候及时帮他买---日常生活中的点点滴滴最能传递绵绵的爱意。
