    好男儿的暑假拼音培训班昨天就全部结束了。13天的学习，Vincent已经全部掌握了拼音。对于他来说，很多字其实都是认识的，不过至少对于汉字的学习是很有帮助的，特别是以后查字典的时候，学好拼音还是很重要的。暑假里他还在继续学围棋，到8月份还会去游泳，我呢，也答应他出去玩几天的，所以这个暑假他应该是会过的很充实的吧！ 

 

    昨天Cutelady在下班前打来电话，说晚上吃什么？我说喝粥，菜么已经做好。她说，那有没有做面饼。我说，你想吃什么。她说，吃泡菜饼。我说，这个不是你的专利嘛，还是你来做。然后她让我准备好原料，她很快就到。我把泡菜切碎打入一个鸡蛋就等她回来做。吃晚饭的时候，我说，你怎么知道泡菜饼怎么做的？她说，上次工作时到同事到外面吃饭，上来一盘泡菜饼，特别好吃，很快被抢光了！那你怎么会做呢？“谁叫人家聪明涅！” Vincent又开始大笑起来。好吧，你聪明，厉害！

 

    今天给大家推荐一招让炒鸡鲜嫩的妙招，而且几乎不用油，所以也可以是减肥人士的首选菜肴。我们知道炒鸡蛋要放很多油。那有没有一种办法让你吃到炒鸡蛋的味道，但是热量又很低，而且鸡蛋更滑嫩呢？有的！今天看看Tony尝试的一种炒鸡蛋的办法，滑嫩，而且味道不错，特别是对于减肥的人来说，这道菜热量真的很低，因为几乎没有油，这样鸡蛋和虾仁的热量是涨不起来的！

 

原料：鸡蛋  　虾仁

调料：生姜 　料酒　　醋　　盐　　葱

 

做法:

1.虾买来后在锅中放水，加入生姜，烧开后加入虾，放料酒，虾成红色拿出；

2.去掉虾的头和壳，只留着尾巴，为了美观；

3.碗中打入一个鸡蛋，加少许盐；

4.先打散，加几滴醋继续打；

5.直到出现很多泡沫，用筷子夹起来时不粘连就好了；

6.在一个小锅子里加入水烧开。
      

 

 

7.水沸腾的时候加入打好的蛋液，这时不要去搅拌，要到鸡蛋定型时，小心从锅底把蛋铲一下防止粘锅；

8.把水过滤掉留下鸡蛋；

9.热锅后加一点油；

10.放入鸡蛋开始炒；

11.加一点盐；

12.加入虾仁煸炒一会，最后只要撒上葱就可以出锅了。

     

 

 

我觉得这个鸡蛋很清爽，丝毫没有油腻感，还有点蛋糕的感觉。

用这种方法为什么鸡蛋炒出来很嫩呢?

1.很多人觉得用筷子打鸡蛋很费劲，叫大家一个秘招，在打鸡蛋的时候滴两滴醋，就可以很快打发鸡蛋，而且打出的鸡蛋也会很膨松，但醋不要多加，否则就变成酸鸡蛋了。

2.鸡蛋因为事先打散后煮过，所以即使你炒的时间稍微过了也不会老，因为煮过后含水量很高，炒起来不会老,而不用这种方法直接下鸡蛋炒，没有油是会粘锅或者是糊锅，鸡蛋也会吃起来干巴巴的。

          

 

 

有的人说，我不减肥呢！那我说你可以多加几滴油，但是总体用油肯定比平时炒鸡蛋用油少很多，所以要减肥最主要还是在做菜的时候适当少放油，这样菜的热量不至于那么高。


                

虾中钙的含量为各种动植物食品之冠，所以适当多吃点对身体是很有好处的。
