  Well, I have not blogged five years, it is kind of difficult to say antying of five-year significance. But I have come to enjoy blogging because it forces me to write down momentary reflections when it is imortant to express them. Thank you Sina.com blooger and happy birthday!

• 我今天的心情：

  I am feeling ok, a bit under the weather becasue the actual weather is bad, and there are too much to do before the holiday season kicks in.

• 向未来许下一个愿望：

  I want to blog more on the challenges of managing and motivating different personalities and team building, which are all very time-consuming yet producing intengible results that donot necessarily contribute to the direct impact that the donors usually care more about them.
