I am bassem Adel .from the Egyptian team. I work in bio lab I came to china in 22/12/2010 for training and now I finished 6 months with angel Yeast Company.

6 months is very short in one life, but it changed my life .so I want to say to you my opinion in angel yeast and in live in china.

But I want to start with the next story:

Jain is a man he works all time. He loves money. One day he read in the newspaper a competition and who will win take a lot of money he decided to share in this competition The competition says that any joint must go on through along road and may be some problems in this road and he will meet some person in this road. At the end he will found the treasure.

He Insisted to go and preparer him self to this journey ,But during the journey he Meet some trouble and was about to lose his life and the friends who know him in the way that save his life.

At the end he don’t find any treasure and he was very angry but he think with him self the true treasure in the money or in the journey and the friends who know them in the way.

Why I say this story?

May be every one of us come angel for work and money but after period if every one thinks with him self he will find more than this? This is not just words but the fact I see.

When I come from Egypt I don’t know more about angel yeast only little from internet but now I know more. No one till me I see this strategy and philosophy in behavior of angel team.

I see this from the first reception of Mr. Yuan in yichang airport who still with us and check every one if have any problem or no and till now he do this.

And first visit to angel factory we see Egypt flag beside china flag and Mr. Yuxuefeng meet us and know everyone by his name and he visit my friend in the hospital .all those I cant imagin when I was in egypt,our company respect all empolyers ,as like our philosophy shows :empolyer is the baisc of the company .this the first part in angel culture I want to speak about it.

Second part I will start it from the speech of Mr. Yuxuefeng in the new year festival who say that angel is the first in Asian and third one in all world and the grow curve increase year by year and after he finish his speech I think how this happened? But after I go to plant three I see high technology and team have good experience and work very hard every day to increase the quality of final product and improve any defect in plant I understand how this happened and I hope in Egypt we can work good as yichang factory.

Third part in angel culture is the Psychological comfort. All worker I meet them is very happy and very active and try to do maximum effort for angel. I think this not comes by easy way but this mutual relationship start from angel culture and arrive to every one.

In the end when I come from Egypt to china I feel Alienation, different live and different food but after see angel team and contact with people in work place I feel that I am in Egypt，I have a big family here in yichang in angel yeast.

Now and after 6 months I think as Jain that the treasure not in the money only. We all have a big treasure called angel Yeast Company.

I want to thanks my leaders Mr. Yuan, Mr. Liujun ,whose help us to spend the first hard time .and my teachers, Mr. Zhu , Mrs. Ye and Mr. Cao whose learn me every things without keep.

I want to say in the name of all Egyptian employer:

We are very glad to work in excellent company ,and we are now become angel man. so we must work hard and study hard and obey all rules of our leaders and work in one team to help angel yeast to be number 1 in the world.

开始之前，我想要先讲一个故事:

Jaina是一个为金钱拼命工作的人。有一天,他在报纸上读到一条比赛的信息,获胜者将赢取一大笔钱，于是Jaina决定去参加这次比赛。比赛要求所有参与者都必须沿着一条路一直走,在这条路上可能会有些一些麻烦并认识一些人，但最后他将会找到宝藏。尽管可能会遇到困难，但Jaina还是坚持参与了。在旅途中，他不止一次遇到麻烦,在他将要失去生命的时候,他的朋友们救了他。最终没有找到任何财宝, Jaina很生气,但是他觉得自己真正的宝藏在旅行过程中,他在这个过程中认识了朋友并获得了经验。

为什么我要讲这个故事?可能我们每一个人加入安琪只是为了一份工作和薪水,但经过一段时间,我们发现我们得到的不仅仅是这些。这些都不是仅停留在语言上，而是我亲眼所见。

当刚刚离开埃及的时候,我了解到的关于安琪酵母的信息非常有限,只是在网上看到一些,但现在我知道得更多。所有的学员通过安琪团队的努力知道了安琪酵母的发展战略、经营理念等.

我看到的第一人就是到机场去接我们的 袁先生，在宜昌与我们始终在一起，从机场接机时开始，他一直核查每一个人有无任何问题,直到现在他都是这样在为我们操心。

当我们第一次进入公司的时候，看到旗杆上悬挂的埃及国旗和中国国旗,俞总亲自接见了并了解了每个人的情况，特别令人感动的是俞总还亲自到医院看望了生病的埃及员工。这些事情在埃及是不可想象的，公司尊重每一个员工，这体现了安琪“以人为本”的理念。这就是我首先要谈到的安琪文化。

俞总在2011新年献词中告诉我们，安琪是亚洲第一,世界第三，发展的速度逐年加快。听完俞总的讲话,我一直在思考安琪发展的奇迹是如何产生的。当我去生产三部后，我看到公司先进的技术以及经验丰富、努力工作的团队,他们每天不断提高产品的质量和消除产品缺陷,我终于明白安琪发生跨越式发展的原因。我也希望将来在埃及公司能够像宜昌工厂一样创造奇迹。

安琪文化和理念鼓舞着我们。安琪所有的员工都快乐的工作并充满活力,他们都尽最大努力去为安琪贡献。我认为这不是简单的员工对公司的方式而是相互作用的,是安琪文化在影响着每一个人。

从埃及到中国的时候，中国不同的生活和不同的食物使我觉得突然很迷茫,但在看到安琪团队以及和我在一起工作的人们，我觉得我依然生活在埃及。安琪就是我的一个大的家庭。

6个月过去了，对于故事中的Jain而言，财富不仅仅指金钱。而对于我们，都拥有一个巨大的财富，那就是安琪公司。

我要感谢我的领导袁先生和刘先生,我的老师朱先生、曹先生以及叶女士，他们帮我们度过了最困难的时光，并毫无保留的教我们很多知识。
