安琪酵母董事长俞学锋2011新年献词

尊敬的安琪员工：

   2010年即将过去，2011年的钟声就要敲响，在辞旧迎新之际，我代表集团党委、董事会和管理层，向辛勤工作在各地的安琪员工以及员工家属，表示诚挚的问候，并致以新年的祝福！

   2010年，安琪集团以“扩市场、促发展、保利润”为主要任务，践行了“背水一战、再创新高”的誓言，实现了“十一五”规划的宏伟蓝图。在此，我向全体安琪员工表示衷心的感谢和热烈的祝贺！

   2010年，各业务单元全面发展，产品制造能力进一步提高，发展性项目硕果累累。崇左公司新建15000吨酵母生产线已经投产运行，抽提物生产线正进行调试；埃及公司安琪年产15000吨酵母生产线已开工建设；宜昌生物产业园项目进入前期准备；宏裕塑业新扩建项目建成投产；伊力特糖业公司的参股事宜全部完成，并纳入集团运营体系。6月正式完成安琪股份定向日升公司增发股票使得300余名科技骨干、管理层成为了公司股东，实现了公司治理结构的重大优化，将极大地推动公司的持续发展。

   2010年，安琪国际化能力进一步提高。埃及公司、香港离岸公司的设立，成为安琪国际化发展的新平台；海外市场持续增长，特别是燃料乙醇酵母、动物营养产品的高增长，彰显了琪产品的国际竞争力；印度尼西亚市场的安琪烘焙技术服务活动、台湾地区的中华发酵面食创意大赛、亚太食品等多种国际专业媒体的宣传推广，以及20多次国际参展活动，极大地提高了安琪在国际市场的影响力。

   2010年，研究开发和创新活动取得优异成果。开发新产品49项，产品改进26项，高糖酵母、鲜酵母、酵母抽提物、酵母细胞壁等一大批产品的工艺改进成效显著；卤醇脱卤酶、Y E餐饮调味、新配方培养基、微波蛋糕粉等一批新产品成功上市；益福康、酵母硒胶囊、酵母铬胶囊三项产品获保健食品批文；“酵母产业化关键技术创新平台建设”荣获湖北省科技进步一等奖；伊犁公司、滨州公司先后通过省级高新技术企业认定。

   2010年，安琪品牌影响力进一步增强。举办首次安琪酵母杯中华发酵面食大赛，协办全国饲料配方师研讨会，以北京、上海、宜昌等技术中心为主的客户培训活动，当选调味食品配料专业委员会等多个行业组织的主任委员，获选中国饲料工业常务理事，荣膺“第三届中国保健品公信力品牌”大奖，以及多项行业重大活动的参与，进一步巩固、提高了安琪的行业专家地位。

   回顾2010年，我们激情满怀；展望未来，我们信心百倍。

   明年是“十二五”规划的第一年。“十二五”期间，安琪要全面实现“做国际化、专业化酵母大公司”战略目标，迈向做“国际化、专业化生物技术大公司”的新征程。十二五期末，安琪年主营业务收入要突破50亿元，主营业务收入年均增长速度要在20%以上。

    2011年是“十二五”规划的第一年，挑战与机遇并存，我们要充满信心，迎难而上，迈向十二五，实现新飞跃！

    新的一年，我们要进一步明晰“十二五”发展目标，量化措施，强化战略目标管理，为实现“十二五”期末的年50亿元收入目标奠定基础；要推行卓越绩效模式，确保企业持续高速发展。

    新的一年，我们要深入、全面的贯彻“追求顾客价值”的理念。要以顾客为关注焦点，了解顾客需求，最充分满足顾客，科学测量顾客价值。努力实现顾客价值与企业价值的统一。

    新的一年，我们要进一步提高创新能力。要加快新产品开发与产品改进，大力提升应用技术研究与推广能力；推进组织改进和管理改进，打造安琪可持续发展力。

    新的一年，我们要继续开展消除浪费活动，鼓励员工珍惜资源、珍惜劳动。要消除浪费，向浪费开刀，把浪费转化为顾客价值，把浪费转化为企业利润。

    新的一年，我们要坚持员工为本，贯彻“企业为人人提供发展空间，人人为企业创造发展优势”的理念，促进员工成长，提供满意报酬，营造激发员工创造力、让员工体面工作的机制和氛围，让员工通过高效率的工作，充分体验、分享企业发展成果。

    虎年喜结丰收果，兔岁安琪浴春晖！让我们发扬“追求满意，永不满足”的企业精神，奋勇前进，迈向2011年，迈向十二五，实现安琪创新发展的新飞跃！

My dear fellows

It’s time to ring out of 2010, and in the year 2011. On the behalf of board of directors and management of Angel, I shall sent our sincere greeting & blessing to every one worked in Angel Yeast and their families for a new year.

In 2010, Angel group reached the all goals and raise a new high in business records: marketing extension, development promotion, ensuring profits. I shall present my personal thanks and my congratulation to Angel fellows.

Globalization enforced further. Some new companies set up in HK, and Egypt. And global marketing extended rapidly. Angel service spread in many countries , Angel attended over 20 int’l Exhibitions worldwide.  

A harvest got in R & D and innovation in 2010. A lots new and reformed product lunched into market. Many national & provincial prizes awarded.

A  Angel Yeast Cup fermentation food competition hold  by Angel Yeast. Angel marks influence power as an industry leading role enforced both on marketing and industry.

Looking back, we are proud of our achievement. Looking forward, we full of confidence. Angel yeast shall be an international & professional yeast company fully in 12^th 5 year plan. Our annually main income increase ratio shall be over 20%. Angel core business revenue annually shall obtain 5 billions in coming 5 years.

Next year is the first year of 12^th 5 year plan. Both challenge & opportunity we are facing.

Angel shall overcome all difficulty, march on 12^th 5  year plan,  achieve a new leap.

We shall distinct development goals in 12the 5 year plan. Detailed methods, enforcing management. Building up a foundation  for 5 billion income annually. We shall promote excellent performance, ensure angel yeast sustainable development.

In a new year, seeking customer’s value shall be carry out further. Focused on customer attention, understand and meet the demand of client, evaluate clients scientificly. Both created for clients and Angel Yeast.

We are going to enforce our innovation ability. Speeding up new product R&D and reforming product. Promoting application & promotion ability, reform &  improve our  management, build up an sustainable development. 

We shall going on fight against waste, insist saving campaign. Any value action on sources, labours encouraged. All waste shall be turned into clients value, and angel profit.

Employee oriented shall be carrying on continuously. Angel supply the space for all staff, stall shall create for Angel. Company shall supply space for staff growth and satisfied payment for staff working efficiency and dignity.   

Seeking satisfaction never be content. Let’s march to the year 2011 and 12^th 5 year plan, take a new leap for angel yeast.
