2010年中华发酵面食创意大赛颁奖实况

       2010年11月11日中午，由台湾中华谷类食品工业技术研究所与安琪酵母股份有限公司联合主办的2010年“中华发酵面食创意大赛”经过四天，七场预赛、决赛的角逐，终于完美谢幕！

11月11日下午颁奖仪式在主办方湾中华谷类食品工业技术研究所与安琪酵母股份有限公司精心准备中进行，来自台湾政府、商界、学府的三十多位嘉宾参加了此次颁奖典礼，场面隆重又不失活泼。

与会嘉宾对此次大赛都寄予厚望，纷纷表示：希望通过比赛，能把源远流长的传统发酵面食在全球食品行业发扬光大！食品文化的传承需要海峡两岸共同的推动！

此次大赛，我们见证了台湾中华谷类食品工业技术研究所在台湾业界的权威，也见证了该所办赛的严谨作风，更见证了两岸业界对未来联手共同发展的信心与期许。

安琪酵母股份有限公司的代表团对在比赛期间以专业的素养、谦虚的作风、务实的态度，得到了岛内同行一直的肯定！

Awards of Chinese Fermented Food Contest 2010

On Nov.11,2010, after four days, seven contests, the Chinese Fermented Food Contest 2010 jointly held by Taiwan Industrial Technology Research Institute of Chinese cereals (abbr. Taiwai Cereals Insititute)and Ange Yeast made an perfect ending!

In the afternoon, the Awards was held. More than thirty distinguished guests from government, business and university attended the ceremony.

The guests make best wishes for this contest: wish that the Chinese traditional fermented food will be welll known in the world through this contest! The food culture shall be broadcasted jointly by two sides of the Strait! Through this contest, we are impressed by the authority and professionalism by of the Taiwai Cereals Insititute，and witness the confidence and wishes from our peers aside the Strait.
