虽然SMALL WIN流行了很久，主要指马上可以着手的改善，不是很大的调整（在资源投入上小和简单），却可以带来深远的影响， 而且不断的积累这样的改善，可以使组织整体能力获得质的提升。我真正了解有这么一个简单的大道理还是在BARRY的课上，今天主持公司全体员工的WORKSHOP前，又温习了一遍，SMALL WIN的基本出发点如下：

•“Big Win” Strategies are very dangerous, because they consume too many resources, mobilize an opposition, and when they fail, they completely demoralize the activists  摸着石头过河，试试水先！

•Small wins thinking is fun, because you are always looking for the opportunistic, low cost, clever way to proceed  循序渐进，张驰有道!

•Little by little, the record of small-wins builds up to a big impact –不积跬步，无以致千里； 不积小流，无以成江海

     简单来说，有3个重点

1，以小见大 Little by little, the record of small-wins builds up to a big impact

2，因地制宜 Small wins thinking is fun, because you are always looking for the opportunistic, low cost, smart way to proceed

3,  换位思考  What is your constraint?

    SMALL WIN主要有两种：

–Quick hit or easy victory “小巫见大巫”

–Continuous application of a small advantage “持久战，游击战”

     SMALL WIN 策略的两点实施概要：

–Think over “ Why the change is difficult?”, to identify a key constraint on change “分析和确认革新的风险和阻力”

–Introduce small change that if steadily applied will relax this constraint “从小做起，持续缓慢推进革新的步骤来减缓阻力”

      今天的WORKSHOP我们分成5个小组，以辩论赛的形式进行，同学们都很积极，想出了很多有意思的SMALL WIN，比如广播站，下午茶等，容易实践，又可以丰富和宣达CIC的文化。
