1.        BUSINESS LICENSE OF LEGAL ENTITY is the document to certify that the enterprise has obtained the qualification of legal entity and undertake lawful operations. 《企业法人营业执照》是企业法人资格和合法经营的凭证。     

2.        BUSINESS LICENSE OF LEGAL ENTITY includes the original copy and duplicate, which are equally binding. 《企业法人营业执照》分为正本和副本，二者具有同等法律效力。

3.        The original shall be put up on eye-catching place of the living place of legal representative. 原件应置放与法人住所的醒目位置。

4.        The business license shall not be forged, altered, leased, lent and transferred. 《企业法人营业执照》不得被伪造、涂改、出租、出借或出让。

5.        Any organization or individual cannot suspend, take over or cancel the license other than the registration institute. 除发证机关外，任何组织及个人无权暂停、占有及取消此执照。

6.        The corporation shall undertake business operations within the registered scope of business. 企业应按照注册的经营范围营运公司。

7.        The corporation shall apply to original registration institute for changing registration in case of any changes in the registration items.企业如需变更注册项目，须向发证机关提出申请。

8.    The corporation shall participate the yearly inspection organized by registration institute at any time from March 1st to June 30th each year.企业应在每年三月一日至六月三十日期间参加年检。

9.        The original and duplicates of the license shall be returned when the license is cancelled. At the same time the license becomes invalid when cancelled by registration institute. 注销《企业法人营业执照》后，应交回正本和副本。

10.     If the BUSINESS LICENSE OF LEGAL ENTITY is lost or destroyed, the corporation shall declare invalid on newspaper or magazine authorized by the registration institute, and apply for a new one subsequently.《企业法人营业执照》遗失或者毁坏的，应当在公司登记机关指定的报刊上声明作废，申请补领.
