Gloria Laura Vanderbilt (born February 20, 1924) is an
American artist, author, actress, heiress, and socialite most noted
as an early developer of designer blue jeans. She is a member of
the prominent Vanderbilt family of New York and mother of CNN's
Anderson Cooper.The first time I met Gloria Laura Vanderbilt in the
Fine Arts of Museum at Boston, and I fell in love with this
picture. Also I am excited to know that we are sharing the same
first English name "Gloria" though I rarely use
now.
