Nepal is one neighbouring country of
China, which is one of the most popular tourist destionations of
Asia as well. I traveled around it in the past ten days to discover
why so many tourists love to visit Nepal.
Ancient Cities/古城
There are three ancient cities
including Kathmandu/加德满都, Bhaktapur/巴德岗 and Patan/帕坦. Kathmandu has
been reconstructing, but has not completed yet since it was
destroyed by the devastating earthquake in 2015 and Patan is the
smallest one, so Bhaktapur is the most worth
visiting.
Unique
Archtecture/独特建筑
Many exquisite buildings are
garthering aound three Durbar squares. Tourists seem to go back
hundreds of years when they are wandering in these
areas.
Art &
Handcrafts/艺术和手工艺
If we look close to these buildings,
we must be amazed at ancient art & handcrafts such as wood
carving, brick carving, stone and metal sculpture, and so on.
Sacred Religion/神圣宗教
86 percent of Nepalse populations
believe in Hinduism, so many Hindu temples are distributed
everywhere. Local people still live their live with religious
rituals strictly.
Festival/节日
Local life looks tough and simple in
other people's eyes, but local peopel often celebrate a lot of
festivals in a year to find their joyness including Shiva Ratr,
Holi, Buddha Jayanti, Dasain, and so on.
Himalayas/喜马拉雅山脉
Himalayas are great mountain system
of Asia forming a natural barrier between China and Nepal, which
include the highest mountains in the world, with more than 110
peaks rising to elevations of 7300 metres or more above sea level.
One of those peaks is Mt. Everest, the world's highest, with an
elevation of 8848 metres. The mountains' high peaks rise into the
zone of perpetual snow.
Trekking
Paradise/徒步天堂
In order to peruse the best
experience of Himalaya massif, a lot of trekking routies are well
designed to offer including one day trekking, 3-5 days trekking or
10-18 days trekking.
Authentic
Lifestyle/原真生活
Most local people seem to enjoy
their own lifestyles no matter what happens in the rest of the
world.
Leisure Life/休闲生活
Pokhara is the second largest city
of Nepal, but it is more peaceful & livable in contrast with
the capitan city of Kathmandu. What's more, tourists love such the
leisure & relaxing life around the Fewa Lake.
Adventure/探险活动
If you are an adventure traveler,
don't miss to play the Paragliding/滑翔伞 or Zipline/滑索 in Pokhara,
which are so exciting but safe.

are not good, so take into account more flexible time in your
journey especially on the traffic.
