Food is not only the necessity in our daily life, but also the vital part of travel process, so many restaurants start to create new dishes to attract more tourists.

Hilton, world-famous hotel group, is holding 2016 Food & Beverage Masters by Hilton Suzhou. I am so luck to be invited to be one of the judges.

Each dish looks so artistic that we couldn't bear eating and destroying them.

Each candidate should cook one starter with shrimp and one main course with beef in less than one hour. 

Each dish has its own story and exquisite presentation because they are made by different chefs.

It's difficult to judge which one is better than others when we face such tasty & seductive dishes.

We realize they deserve any compliment when we enter into the kitchen to witness all chefs devote themselves to cooking.

They should prepare well each of ingredients one or two days in advance.

Each candidate has to tell something unique or special about his or her dishes. I am surprised some of them can introduce the dishes in English very fluently.

They are all food masters from Shanghai, Nanjing, Changzhou, Jiaxing and Suzhou Hiltons.

Finally, David Junior from Waldorf Astoria Shanghai wins the champion.

In fact, I believe everyone enjoys it very much and learns a lot from others, each of them is the champion. Congratulations!
