Kending is located at the south bottom of Taiwan, which was named after those who came to develop this area at the beginning were always male.

Kending is the first national park of Taiwan and it is well preserved. It is a perfect hiking and cycling tourist destination. This is Yoho Bike Hotel as the following.

It is interesting that the bikes can be ridden to guestrooms straight. There are some recommended cycling journeys including easy, middle and difficult itineraries.

Kending has 'two legs' from the map. The short is called Maobitou and the long is named E'luanbi. Here is E'luanbi park and the white tower is easily seen at first sight.

Actually the white tower used to be the highest light tower for the ships crusing around the sea, but it has been changed to be local small museum.

Green grassland spreads into the blue ocean connecting the blue sky.

Maobitou is very popular site in Kending, so it is always crowded because of small space.

There is only one small way to the summit of Maobitou and each one wants to take photos with such sublime views.

Otherwise, tourists can move close to the magnificent beach.

Kending street is very busy at night, but quiet in the early morning.

People would rather not get up early when they are in their vacations.  The street is empty but I happen to meet one guy from Turkey.

Cuisine is one important part to experience in the journey. Don't miss local tasty food.  

It usually takes two or three hours from Kaohsiung to Kending by bus. Local transportation system is so well-designed that it is convenient for tourists to travel around Taiwan. People can tranfer high speed train to express bus easily, especially to some famous attractions.

Even though Kending doesn't have too much high-quality facilities along the street, it becomes more and more popular vacation zone around Taiwan even all over the world.
