25 travel agencies from America came to visit Suzhou on March 31th. We arranged classical one day tour for them and they were enjoying it very much. Here is the itinerary below.

The first stop is Master-of-nets Garden(网师园), which is one of the smallest ones in Suzhou. It was the right time for many flowers to bloom. The purple magnolia is ful blooming outside window.

The foreigners were impressed by the fascinating garden. 

The garden reminded foreigners something meaningful and they were all enjoyable in the garden.  

They were making some fun with the bird who could speak simple words in Scholars hotel(书香世家平江府酒店) after lunch.

Pingjiang road（平江路） was close to Scholars hotel and they wandered along the street to Fuxi teahouse to enjoy Kunqu opera（昆曲）.

They were remarkablely surprised to witness make-up performance of Kunqu opera.

The master named Ms. Lv was performing magnificent Kunqu opera

She was also good at playing Pingtan, which was local story-telling performance in Suzhou dialect.

They were so impressive that they were eager to take photos with the master after the performance.

The lady asked me to take a photo with the master and begged me to send her later. Who was more beautiful?

They were interested in the pupils when they passed through one primary school.

They couldn't believe it was ture without seeing how to make the embroidery on their owns' eyes in Suzhou embroidery research institution(苏州刺绣研究所).

The masters were making the amazing embroideries.

Here are some gorgeous embroideries, which looked like oil paintings at the first glance.

The most incredible is  one kind of works of art. One side is Princess Diana and the other is Prince Charles.

Panmen city gate is good place to learn long history of Suzhou including Ruiguang tower, water and land gates together and Wumen bridge.   

They tried to experience local lifestyles in Suzhou.

The students were practising painting on Pingjiang street. 

Local people were playing cards while they drank tea in the garden.

we were giving a wonderful representation to make them understand Suzhou better and invited some local travel agencies to communicate with them.

We were happy to hear they praised us and thought Suzhou was the best city to promote its tourist destination after they traveled Beijing, Chengde, Xi'an, Shanghai and Guilin.

Suzhou seems like double-sided embroidery, one side is 2500 years old and the other side is only 20 years old. The layout of old Suzhou has never changed for thousands of years, but the new is fashionable and modern.
